Shout out to the Manager who worked afternoon/evening shift on Valentine's Day!!! There were recurring issues with the cash register, but the manager remained calm and professional. Due to the cash register issues, I was unable to collect my points on the app, so she offered me a coupon for a free meal. It was my mother-in laws first time at a Noodles & Co, and it also happened to be her birthday! Although my mother-in-law signed up for the app while we were there, the manager offered her a birthday dessert! We were just really appreciative of the manager's efforts to make our experience pleasurable!
I haven't been to Noodles & Company in a minute. Especially not since I moved to into the area. Let's just say that this location did not disappoint. The cashier (I didn't get her name) was extremely friendly and provided great service. She made us feel very welcomed.
This is my second time coming over here and I love it. I recommend this place to everybody in this area cuz the food is amazing and the service is super great. My son order some butter noodles and he didn't like it and they change it without hesitantion and with a smile on their face. The place is really clean and the food really amazing
They have more than just noodles. The food is good and flavorful. Order ahead and pick up in store for fastest service. If you order at the counter, it is still quick. Food is always hot. Customer service is good.
Recently I had a problem with my order and the manager Jackie quickly addressed it and was very professional. The food is usually always on point so this location will continue to receive my business. Staff is always upbeat and helpful as well.
Five Stars: Best noodles and company in MD. Why you ask... because of Jackie. She played a sufficient role in my continuing to patronize this company. As I was highly annoyed learning both my absolute favorite entrees were removed So on this visit she stepped in to make other delightful recommendations which are not so bad. Plus her pleasant smile accompanied with that above and beyond customer service attitude was wonderful! Keep up the great work Jackie. Good to see there are still caring people in your profession.
I’ve been a fan of Noodles and Company for quite a few years now. This location in particular, is one of the good ones. I’ve been here a few times and that’s all it’s taken for the staff to recognize me and just about know my order! Even with a slight issue on a recent visit, the assistant GM, personally came and talked to me after seeing me come in to give the place another shot. That’s the kind of customer service that warrants customer loyalty. Jackie was super nice made sure we were happy customers. I’d also like to commend the young gentleman who was working the front register on 4 June. You were super helpful when talking to us about the rewards program. Employees like Jackie and that young man are why we keep coming back! Oh, and the food is awesome too!
I always go to this location after work, the staff is always friendly, food is always done fast (usually way faster than expected, even when busy). The food is top notch every time, it's like they can't miss! Jackie is always super helpful when I go in. Overall great establishment 10/10 will always recommend.
